Daily Duties at Petsmart:

I answered phones, and scheduled appointments. My main duties included cleaning kennels and back bathing area, washing dogs, brushing dogs, blow drying dogs, clipping nails, cleaning ears and the like. Providing a fun friendly atmosphere was essential and crucial to this job, considering customers and pets can be very sensitive. Pets and their parents were shown a friendly clean atmosphere upon entering the grooming salon. I had many customers who would call and request me.
