Daily Duties at Tatum Partners:
* Maintained content news page on the internal and external websites using HTML and Photoshop including drafting, posting, and html coding and adding graphics for news articles. * Using the framework of the Content Management System, continually developed, implemented and updated both the internal portal and external websites for data content, graphic content and end user ease and functionality. * Graphic design for compilation and creation of monthly financial economic survey conducted throughout the U.S. and distributed and spotlighted in several major media publications throughout the U.S. * Strategic development, training, implementation and evaluation of special programs and SOPs for company internal portal and external public websites. * Compiled and reported to the IT department specifications needed to develop special programs for use in business development based on suggestions from over 350 partners. * Administrative manager for Business Development, including overseeing the importing, maintenance and integrity program for SQL database of over 50,000 contacts. * Event planning and management of corporate events, training and meetings, including yearly budget and creation/production of presentations.
