Daily Duties at Reliable Dry Cleaners:
Coordinate and manage the business office; assist the business owner as needed; use computer knowledge, accounting, administrative, and clerical skills daily to perform duties- includes Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, QuickBooks Pro, and the calculator; collect cash from 4 stores; accept payments; balance cash log/petty cash drawer; collect balances owed; develop and implement collection; process new hire/ termination information; review all bills to ensure they are paid on time; send out billing; code invoices; screen incoming calls and correspondence; sort mail; respond independently; perform duties with little or no supervision; perform multi-tasking skills; perform accounts payable, accounts receivable, timekeeper, and business payroll functions; perform/record all daily bank deposits, monthly Bank Reconciliation, monthly sales taxes, and weekly management reports; update all ledgers and journals; maintain records of all credit card, cash, and check payments; update/maintain all files.
