Cleared Sony-owned repertoire, and license-in third party repertoire, for Sony BMG Music Entertainment Negotiated and drafted contracts with CMG clients, including manufacturing agreements for premiums, incentive/certificate programs, private label releases mail-order packages, reissues, DVD compilations, and lease-out contracts with off-labels and other third parties Drafted and negotiated license agreements which have included: million dollar agreement with a major bank for its national customer promotion; agreement with major toy manufacturer to distribute customized music product with toy; license agreement with major perfume retailer for distribution of customized music product in connection with superstar artist's perfume launch; agreement with major consumer goods manufacturer and children's educational non-profit organization for joint brand promotion Prepared master-use licenses and drafted licensing and manufacturing contracts for domestic and international client releases; monitor, clear and process term extensions for CMG releases Provided analytical and statistical reports on various future entertainment trends (music, wireless, gaming) Responsible for saving up to $50,000 on numerous reports deemed necessary for future innovational usage Assisted with various tracking methods to help battle piracy (music, gaming and wireless) Participated in "future trends" meetings, discussions and conferences
