Daily Duties at Sigma Systems:
- Deploying laboratory software to both server and client machines in several locations as part of a scheduled software rollout - Performing usage testing on installed software and troubleshooting any issues - Scheduling server outages and performing upgrades and patch installations on an as-needed basis - Maintaining and updating existing installation SOPs and creating new SOPs for any newly added processes - Performing minor database updates and working with company DBAs to perform major database updates - Administering user access and permissions for each location
