Daily Duties at Keane, Inc:

- Managing study closeout procedure including data backups, compliance with FDA regulations, software licensing and processing of proper documentation for all centers. - Managing helpdesk group to ensure smooth operation. - Created project website used to register new doctor’s offices for clinical drug studies - Responsible for trouble shooting and maintenance of virtual private network connectivity and various hardware issues with laptops provided to users. - Providing technical support for electronic data capture system utilizing the Oracle database used for clinical drug studies. - Responsible for database support using back end to make updates through SQL.
