Daily Duties at Sea Wave Llc:
- Managing company’s billing and CRM software including user administration, design changes, and end user support - Working on new systems designs in order to improve data flow over customer life cycle - Create reports on demand and manage recurring reports using Crystal Reports - Desktop support for both office and remote employees - Responsible for weekly billing reconciliation and approving customer invoices - Drafting SOPs for various processes related to company billing - Second level support for any customer billing issues
