Provided initial phone response and represented the company in a professional manner, addressing inquiries of member dentists and their staff. Provided and administered health insurance benefits for 250 groups. Developed and maintained quarterly spreadsheet reports for health insurance accounts receivable reconciliation. Proofread company newsletters, continuing education brochures, membership directories and office correspondence for accuracy. Coordinated successful continuing education seminars, organized registration, attendance, exhibitor setup and communicated with the venue staff in a kind and courteous manner.
