Daily Duties at Agitar Software:
- Collaborate with Sales Account Managers to strategize and accelerate sales cycles; planning on-site support needs, developing success criteria for product trials and determining post-sales service requirements - Provide pre/post-sales technical field support for Sales Account Managers nationwide; including high-level management presentations, conducting technical product demonstrations, gathering business requirements, implementing proof of concept (POC) product trials, installations and on-site problem resolution
