Daily Duties at Activant Solutions:
Provided Tier 2 support for accounting and e-commerce software package to 300+ janitorial supply distributors. Supplied training and offered solutions for software problems to customers and Tier 1 technicians. Performed Quality Control testing of all software changes, enhancements and upgrade installation procedures. Managed the distribution of new releases to customers. Setup complex salesman commission tables for customers. Installed and configured SCO Unix, Red Hat Linux and STANPAK software updates on customers systems.
