Daily Duties at Clayton News Daily:
At the newspaper I produce and design ads on a timely/daily schedule for five local newspapers and approximately 8 to 10 commercial print jobs in Georgia. Along with designing brochures, seasonal and commercial advertisements, I also work closely with the parks and recreational on there annual 4/4, 32 pages catalog of events. I also assist in processing and developing film in preparation for press. I prepare and maintain ads in an PDF/GIF format to place on our website. To ensure correct PDF separations for page layouts and ads, I work with Acrobat 7. I instill teamwork which is produced amongst myself and the other designers as well as clients,which guarantees a successful product. Software: Quark, PhotoShop, Acrobat and Illustrator
