Senior Quality Assurance Analyst / Tech Writer / Product Specialist Responsibilities Include: Formerly contracting but now permanent at Data Age Business Systems, specializing in data acquisition, control, and point of sale software. Development and revision of their PawnMaster® software Help System, with all pages developed in HTML with FrontPage, and compiled in HTML Help Workshop. Internet and Intranet development and writing of their software technical documentation, including Software Release, Update, various Hardware, and Support documentation. Overall Quality Assurance of their software products and modules, performed manually. Bug tracking developed and performed in DataAge’s proprietary Request application. Document configuration performed in Visual Source Safe.
