Daily Duties at Learning Evolution:
Working with Fortune 100 clients in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, gather, review and synthesize business objectives and customer needs and produce detailed Business Requirements Documents, including process flows and use cases where appropriate * Liaise and manage communications between clients and internal development staff to facilitate smooth and timely progression from business requirements gathering to final production and customer acceptance of Learning Management Systems (LMS), learning portals, and e-Learning training programs. * Design and implement internal project management tools and processes resulting in accurate project scoping and cost estimation and an average 15% improvement in project profitability
