Daily Duties at Carrier Corporation:
• Supervised over 75 employees in a union environment. Led the department in being consistently the highest in efficiency and productivity ratings for the entire plant. • Tracked and reported daily activities in Production, Safety, Quality, Employee Relations and cost. • Reported to management conditions or practices that were either unsafe or that may adversely impact the environment to ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards. • Actively supported the organization’s efforts to meet or exceed EH&S as well as ACE goals and plans. • Monitored and resolved quality issues utilizing various problem solving methods. • Ensured effective training and cross training mentoring with leads and employees so that hour by hour manufacturing operations were running efficiently and effectively. • Promoted an ethics-based business culture within the organization, ensuring that all associates were aware of and fully compliant with the company’s Code of Ethics. • Conducted weekly safety meetings with team and ensured GMP’s were being followed by all employees
