Sourced new vendors, initiating contact and cost reduction procedures through vendor negotiations. Managed all billing cycles for clients to include updates, reorders, accounts payable, accounts receivable and invoice processing. Developed and implemented annual, quarterly and monthly business plans. Acted as liaison between production, vendors, customers and staff to improve customer relations. Managed, trained and evaluated all employees on new and more efficient ways to perform their jobs. Facilitated new policies based on company compliance to boost moral, curb absenteeism and decrease tardiness.
