Daily Duties at United Cerebral Palsy Of Georgia, Inc.:
Oversaw the daily operation of four (4) residential group homes. Supervised a workforce of 30+ employees and 16 comsumers. Ensured the homes were in compliance with the policies of UCP, ORS, Department of Human Resources and the CLA licensure. Managed employee human resources functions including screening, interviewing and hiring staff in respect to the needs of the consumers served. Developed staff schedules to ensure all aspects of consumer care were met.
