Daily Duties at St. Vincent's Health Care:

• Responsible for actively recruiting the open positions for St. Vincent’s Medical Center and St. Luke’s Hospital for 2008 in the field of Nursing, Nursing Support, and Trade & Service. • Responsible for analyzing and determining employment risk/reward based on background screenings. • Designed ads for different advertising venues to promote and encourage employment with St. Vincent’s. • Responsible for the majority of the placement of internal staff staying at St. Luke’s Hospital when St. Vincent’s HealthCare takes over operations. • Communicates directly with applicants for all areas of employment. • Calculated benefit comparisons for applicants weighing employment options. • Assisted in job interviews for upper level management positions. • Attended job fairs locally in Jacksonville, throughout the state of Florida, and out of state. • Responsible, along with another Recruiter, for the St. Vincent’s HealthCare RN Job Fair. • Sat on the Graduate Nursing committee, and Retention committee.
