-Analyzing consumer demand, market trends, and competing projects in relation to a client’s development through the compilation and interpretation of real estate market data -Developing effective strategies for the competitive positioning of clients’ large mixed-use, multifamily, and urban infill developments in the marketplace through proper product design, unit mix, finish and amenity package, pricing structure, and sales phasing. -Composing reports and presentations that effectively communicate research analysis and recommendations to clients -Enhancing and developing research sources, databases, systems, statistical techniques, report composition, and other research methods and products
