Daily Duties at Principal Financial:
? Work on a team environment to pay policy holders and providers proper benefits according to the contract with Principal Financial Group for claims ranging from $70,000.00 to $2,000,000 each ? Facilitate training on processes and law; Mentor & assist in daily operations with newer employees ? Successfully developed and managed a phone team to answer the difficult phone calls that customer service representatives are not trained to handle; such as denials, appeals, contract discounts, PPO issues, policy payment practices and benefit breakdowns for specific questions
