Daily Duties at Ringling Brothers:
? Full Time travel with Ringling Brothers Barnum & Bailey Circus, worked as a hands on HR/adult learning trainer teaching management skills and technology based skills such as all Microsoft packages and FileMaker Pro ? Find new ways to improve management processes and provide support for human resources issues ? Coordinated with Operations Manager to do onsite interviews and job fairs to recruit new show employees
