Daily Duties at Carolinas Health Care System:

Designed, delivered, and assisted with New Employee Orientation in a variety of capacities including facilitation of a change management seminars and Annual Continuing Education (ACE) module sessions for adult populations up to 100 participants. ACE module sessions that consisted of transfer of learning testing of HIPAA and Corporate Compliance material. Communicated and worked with internal customers, including upper management and staff of various Carolinas HealthCare System departments and units, by providing feedback regarding Level 1 measurement data. Applied Kirkpatrick’s levels of evaluation to measure seminar effectiveness – worked with a team to determine ROI measures. Served as a member of a departmental operations team charged with developing and implementing cost-containment measures; used the balanced scorecard throughout the department to track progress. Cost-containment measures resulted in over $100,000 in operational budgetary savings. Also improved departmental need assessment and measurement practices.
