• Solely responsible for managing all office functions, and provided clerical support for a multitude of personal and family businesses endeavors. • Administered executive support and personal assistant duties including elementary accounting tasks, writing, editing, and typing correspondence, preparing legal documents and proposals, answering and screening calls, creating filing systems, maintaining office appearance, performed all required errands. • Increased office efficiency by re-organizing business processes and systems. • Organized and orchestrated travel arrangements and itineraries, and facilitated small in-office events and meetings.
