Daily Duties at Southwest C.A.R.E. Center:
• Soley resposible for managing seamless operation of front office and reception area. • Hire, train, lead, front desk staff. • Prepare and distribute department reports, meetings and special events agendas, as well as doctors appointment schedules. • Provide exceptional public and client relations in complience with agency standards. • Liaison between 30 plus staff members, over 400 clients, and the public to ensure accurate and timely communication and information management. • Established this position from ground level increasing department efficiency by designing, upgrading, and maintaining systems, procedures, and overall functions. • Assisted clients with clarifying needs and facilitated problem solving.
