Daily Duties at Hewitt Associates:

Managed and supervised Recruiting Coordinators for Internal Eligibility and Rehire Verification processes via PeopleSoft. Ran, reviewed, and distributed daily Cognos reports for Internal Eligibility. Served as point-of-contact for client escalations or Siebel tickets. Tracked candidate information and maintained up-to-date candidate status information. Assisted Directors of Human Resources and HR Leaders with all aspects of internal eligibility and rehire verification using Unicru, Deploy, and iTrac Database. Sent correspondence and followed up with information regarding background checks and any other pre-employment screen. Collaborated with Recruiting Manager on process improvement methods as well as quality analyst of the iTrac HRSS Tracking database to guarantee service level agreements exceeded expectations. Provided standard or ad hoc management reporting as requested. Developed, provided, and facilitated training and coaching for new hire associates (both permanent staff and contractors) on the Internal Eligibility process including training in Deploy and Unicru as well as use of the HRSS Tracking Database. Updated training materials and repository desktops, as needed.
