Daily Duties at Open Solutions:
Responsible for the daily creation, transmission, and processing of various bank files, i.e, ACH’s, MVFE’s, Originations, External Files, PDF’s, PBF’s, Create, prepare and provide all training documentation and procedures. The run of all production batch work. Perform daily Veritas backups. Interaction with various departments to resolve any production or batch issues. First point of contact with clients / vendors who are experiencing difficulties. Then, assisting and trouble shooting those issues to bring about quick problem resolutions.
