Daily Duties at Color Dynamics:

Places, receives and routes a high volume of calls through an electric switchboard. Greet and direct all visitors to the appropriate department. Open, sort, and distribute mail within an administrative building. Ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures. Maintain records and files. Handle special administrative projects, as well as overflow work from department and executive assistants
