• Managed, executed, and implemented testing framework. • Administered project, quality assurance, and testing activities on multiple key projects, overcoming time constraints and learning obstacles, and continually set an example by delivering as promised. • Demonstrated capability managing multiple, simultaneous projects and priorities with a strong comprehension for schedule-driven projects and assignments. • Administered, implemented, and supported QA processes. • Supervised and led test teams, including coordination with offshore testing partners, to ensure thorough testing in vital projects in order to meet project deliverables. • Lead in developing, implementing, and maintaining department web site, requiring HTML knowledge and FrontPage experience in order to deliver a creative and pleasing site.
