Assisting my team with questions regarding websites as well as information to give our customers regarding their account Troubleshooting with teammates regarding customer account information and problems or issues regarding escalations Working with carriers to relay accurate information to customers and my teammates regarding their account or practices of the company Updating management with correct information regarding new practices of our carriers as well as new information for our guides for our teams informational purposes.
