Daily Duties at Sharprint:
Manage approximately 100 client accounts. Duties include providing quotes, accessing client information, entering new orders, reviewing production schedules, following up with clients to ensure we have all the necessary information and products to complete their order, working with production to ensure that we meet clients necessary ship dates, tracking incoming and outgoing packages, and assisting clients with customer service issues.
