Daily Duties at Daramic, Llc:
• Assistant to VP & General Manager of Manufacturing Plants, VP of Sales & Marketing, and Director of Marketing and New Business Development ( Daramic Business Unit - Asia, Europe & US) • Assistant to corporate legal counsel (Polypore, Inc.) • Prepare and monitor monthly, quarterly and annual budgets • Distribute mail, order supplies, process check requests, reconciliation of credit card accounts • Process passport applications, certificates of compliance, customs invoices • Maintain customer database, central project development files • Web research, e-mail solicitation, and maintain internal and external web pages • Preparation sales and marketing graphic materials. • Preparation and manage production of presentations, proposals, press releases and marketing materials. • Coordination of trade show materials • Organization of meetings, travel coordination, seminars, documentation of time allocation, expense reports, calendars, itineraries, etc.
