Gave exceptional guest service, always. Hire and train employees to be abassadors for the Seattle Mariners in Spokane location. Ongoing sales of tickets and merchandise. Continual merchandising of product to excell at sales and add-on sales in Spokane Market. Budget planning and Payroll maintainence. Worked many hours at trying to make store successful to our Spokane fans. Developed policies and procedures for our location. Needed to have great communication skills as all of my leaders were located in the Seattle area.
