Daily Duties at Cingular Wirless:
Delivered training in customer care , sales associates, and technical supports.. Facilitated a curriculum that included: technical product, new systems training, soft skills enhancement, writing skills and process improvement. This included merger basics, product basic, customer service excellence and hands-on module training for technical systems. Assessed and advised of future training opportunities and edited curriculum as need ( included graph design, MS Office, web-based training and design. Appraise course creation quality in terms of design, writing, editing, direction, identify and provide for course development needs and take correct action when necessary. Coordinate multiple projects, including producing high quality work under tight deadlines. Designed instructional design project, performance analysis, E-Learning designed using Dream weaver, Flash, multimedia development and web-based training and web-based performance support, PowerPoint Presentation.
