• Greet customers and provide information on upcoming events • Answer any questions customer may have • Ticket Sales: will-call and by phone from customers • Administrative: Receive and traffic incoming calls • Type letters and correspondence (MS Word) • Daily calendaring, create files • Create spreadsheets for reports & storing data (Excel) • Filing of important documents • Faxing and misc office duties
