Daily Duties at Pacesetter:

During the duration of my employment I managed and scheduled all subcontractors, material and inspections for 12 single family custom homes ranging in price form $750,000 to $2 million. I developed a relationship with the inspectors among Clinton Township, Washington Township and Tewksbury Township. I worked directly with the real estate sales manager and the homeowners through to closing, during the warranty period and beyond. I was able to gain experience with installing propane tanks / systems, septic systems (gravity fed and mound systems), trench work and foundation / footing work. Through the process I checked the quality and accuracy of the subcontractors work and maintain a safe and clean job site.

You prefer a fast-moving company that will take risks to achieve its goals and objectives. The length of time the company has been in business is irrelevant. Maintaining status quo is unnecessary. Stability for the long haul is not nearly as important as is working in an atmosphere that is charged with a sense of urgency and constant change.
