Daily Duties at Samter Homes:
Manage and schedule all subcontractors, material and inspections for four job sites. I worked on some jobs simultaneously, for a total of 224 units. The projects ranged in size from eight units to 162 units. The types of units ranged from town homes to lofts. I developed a relationship with the inspectors in the city of Saint Petersburg, Hillsboro County and the city of Tampa. I worked directly with the Sales, Purchasing, the Design department, Engineers, Architects, Homeowners and the Quality Control and Warranty department. I maintained a safe and clean job site, conducted weekly safety and schedule meetings. I provided overall field management with multi family and light commercial (loft style) homes.
