Provided executive level administrative support to senior vice presidents and their direct reports with a demonstrated ability to improvise, improve procedures and meet demanding deadlines. • Participated in a group of executive assistants to improve office procedures by streamlining on-boarding process for all new hire and transfer employees. • Coordinated with other administrative assistants for employee support, meeting preparation for the management teams, agendas, speakers, presentations and meeting materials etc. • Assisted the senior staff with basic troubleshooting of hardware and software. • Plan and coordinate corporate luncheons and develop presentations for related on and off site meetings.
