Daily Duties at Eds/Towers Perrin (Zero Chaos):

•Preparation of incoming projects with implementation and live support. Create and update Microsoft Excel templates, and Power Point presentations. Provide support in training delivery and development as necessary, as well as participating in client conference calls. Processing of Employee Event Forms. Microsoft Access Database support, install db to user settings, update data on back end of db. Support service representatives in day-to-day and open enrollment administration for client delivery and special projects. Supervisory calls for escalations. •Evaluate temporary service representatives for simulation and live calls. •Administrative tasks include recording call statistics, monitoring, attendance, time sheet and phone time adherence, scheduling, providing floor walk support for questions, updating project and CSR data in department database, as well as billing records. Responsible for security disposition of client materials, and distribution of supplies. •Act as help desk contact for CSR’s. Coordination of seat moves. •Provide technical support by implementing user settings and checking workstations as well as checking properties in Active Directory, e-mail configuration, mapping network drives, cleaning settings, software installation and repairs, reconfiguration of systems, virus removal, upgrades and imaging computers via disk or Altiris, some AS/400 and Rumba software experience. Phone extension set-up via Aspect phone system. •Prepare for client visits, as well as participate in client meetings. Travel to assist in client bids from management perspective. •Health and Welfare Administrator, Open Enrollment Specialist.
