•Retrieval of incoming calls and direction using Avaya phone system. •Typing letters, invoices, creating Microsoft Excel templates, and Microsoft Power Point Slides. •Filing, copy, scans, fax, create ComBind booklets, and assist in preparation of project materials. •Mail handling and off-site retrieval of supplies. •Programming company information in fax machine and Toshiba copy machine. •Checking computer equipment/hardware, storage. Map network drives, clean settings, software installation, KAD installation and virus removal. •Bank check reconciliation, assist in cutting checks, update AP spreadsheets, AP/AR filing. •Pull and return documents for audit. Create AR project folders.
