All hiring, training and scheduling of all employees. Inventories ordering, and transfers of all supplies. Concessions, daily & weekly inventories. Payroll, budgeting, P & L reports. Introduced new ideas though N.Y.P.D & Sony theaters in the outer borough locations. Maintained up to date licenses on all: theater, fire department, and game machines. Self licensed CO2, Hazmat, & Fireguard. Contributed creative column to theatre chain monthly newsletter. Extensive customer service seminars & workshops.
