Daily Duties at Pacific Connections:
Assist the Vice President of an import/export handbag manufacturing Design Company. Assist in preparation, finalization and closing of hundreds of time sensitive shipments. Work directly with designers in New York and Hong Kong on production, sales, inventories, sketches, weekly recaps, invoices, shipping, (L/C’s) lines of credit, and proforma’s. Correspond on a daily basis with buyers and assistants with major retail companies. Acting front office manager. Duties include: ordering all office supplies and supplies from shipping to concessions, arranging luncheons, business meetings, dinners and office parties. Assist Vice President with both personal and professional needs on a daily basis. Organize work accommodations through outside hiring of all cleaners and caterers.
