Daily Duties at Kinko's:

Accounts: AMR/American Airlines, Whataburger, DARR/Holt Cat, Chrome Specialties, Chuck E. Cheese Corporation, Kinko’s, Corporate Express, NCH Corporation ** Primary contact for and responsible for establishing and growing relationships with small and medium commercial accounts that are serviced primarily by a single Kinko's location. ** Supervised a team of 3-4 employees; Identified new potential commercial business through marketing leads ** Established “Bring the Business Back” campaign for inactive accounts and new business ** Created presentations and proposals for New Business and Project Bids ** Performed consultative selling to customers and explains the benefits of digital printing technology to customers; market Kinko's products and services to targeted customers ** Coordinated and implemented promotional events (i.e. Community Events) and activities for other businesses and consumers ** Developed relationships with outsourced vendors (paper, press services, mail merging, thermography, etc.) ** bAssisted in negotiating and selling of annual promotional products; Administered programs and promotions printing services; Ensured timely and professional bid process
