• Mail coordination, faxes, collation of documents, monthly reporting of all copy machine counts, enter all phone and company cell bills into Excel Spreadsheets, copy documents, update employee info into spreadsheet, overnight packages, scheduling in Outlook calendar, conference room set up, weekly breakfast pick up, prepare bank deposits, maintain and update CEO’s filing system, Personal Admin Support to - run personal errands with my vehicle, announce guests, lunch meetings coordination, internet research, travel coordination, event planning, New Hire packets and voicemail set up • Office Support for property development investment company - Reception weekly- Greet all clients, Answer all incoming calls in electronic computerized switchboard, mail coordination, Responsible for weekly supply orders and inventory, report all maintenance issues to building management, copy machines maintenance and updating
