Daily activity included supplying parts to service department, teaming with technicians, service consultants, and manager to manage work flow, profits, and customer satisfaction in an extremely fast-paced environment. Prioritization and multitasking of duties on a constant basis in a dynamic environment. Responsible for accounts receivable, inventory control, shipping and receiving, training personnel, and both retail and wholesale customer sales. Communication with factory representatives to implement marketing strategies and monitor the business operations that enabled us to increase sales 10 percent annually for five years.
