Daily Duties at Cribis Corporation:
My assignments here are those of coordinating any administrative aspect of the business, for the three controlled American companies of the group (one in the USA which maters the American operations and two based in Mexico): 1. Coordinate the accounting for the three companies 2. Manage the cash flow and AR/AP 3. Report on the Financials to the CFO and Board of Directors (Analyze P&L and BS, prepare forecasts and size with the budgets) 4. Coordinate with all levels of management, external attorneys and consultants on any relevant aspect of the business (tax issues, compliance, any other as the case may be) 5. Contracts: conduct negotiations with prospect or current clients, on the economic conditions of the contracts; coordinate the drafting of contracts based on the negotiations 6. Manage all other activities in support of the Business and its continuity
