Daily Duties at Solutions:
This was a payroll processing company. As Office Manager, I ran the front desk by assisting all clients via phone and in person by taking pertinent information; daily logging in hours and salaries for all 2000 clients; office machines; created new tracking spreadsheets on Microsoft Excel; Accounts Receivable; money-handling; bookkeeping; created weekly memos to all employees regarding client status, money, and any other pertinent information necessary to the company.
