Daily Duties at Urs Corporation:
Assisted project engineers with their financials, by creating project budgets; worked with vendors and subcontractors on budgets and detailed work; managed all labor and expenses charged to projects; oversaw employee placement in the field; worked closely with the legal department to comply with contract regulations, insurance requirements, etc. for each project; quickly learned new databases; created work orders and change orders for subcontractors; created reports on Microsoft Excel to track budgets, expenses, labor, etc.; A/R; created cover letters on Microsoft Word to go with invoices to client; collections; provided technical support by proof-reading and correcting all invoices before they are sent to clients; researched old and new monies; supervised over 90 project budgets at one time.
