Assisted the director of events in the planning and execution of large-scale university functions and special events for major donors. Responsible for tracking multiple projects and guest lists simultaneously, while prioritizing and communicating event details and deadlines to vendors. Worked with the events team to supervise and direct volunteers, vendors, and talent throughout each event.
