Daily Duties at Northland Business Systems:

· Executed daily operations including but not limited to; the invoicing of all dictation, fax, voice logger equipment, maintenance contracts, all supply orders, per call service work orders, also costing and receiving inventory · Wrote, designed and produced sales staff proposals and promotional literature / supplies. · Instrumental in creating and maintaining customer records and calling on delinquent customer accounts · Responsible for the collection and preparation of operating reports · Structured and maintained all dictation, fax and voice logger maintenance contracts · Assisted in the preparation of new out going equipment, to include but not limited to; the programming of digital hand held voice recorders prior to being delivered to customers · Compiled, stored and retrieved management data · Responsible for transcribing dictation for management and sales staff · Perform shipping and receiving duties on a biweekly basis
