Daily Duties at Trammell Crow Company:

* Accountable for coordinating financial due diligence, programming, design, permitting and construction services, and operation maintenance modifications for capital construction projects of existing and new retail and administrative buildings to Bank of America, E*Trade Financial, GMAC Mortgage, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Project responsibilities included construction of new banking centers or ATMs, renovations to and upgrades/retrofits to existing buildings, tenant fit-outs, and infrastructure systems totaling more than $55M * Managed the construction process as general contractor by conducting regular job site meetings with subcontractors, owner representatives, architects, engineers, consultants, and other project personnel in order to provide direction to the process, set priorities for action and decision making, resolve challenges between the parties, and manage the team objectives consistent with the vision of the customer * Supervised the development of designs, equipment and systems specifications, calculations, requisitions, drawings, bills of material, schedules, and cost estimates on assigned projects, including monitoring project design and construction to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including safety, environmental protection, energy conservation, and the American Disability Act (ADA) * Prepared and maintained project control documents including budget, schedule, buyout status, RFI log, shop drawing log, and change request/change order logs using Prolong * Assisted clients in conceptually developed projects including need, programming issues engineering solution, cost estimates, milestone schedules and value engineering * Utilized industry best practice standards to establish benchmark for design and construction process
