* Managed the development and operation of a 600,000 SF mixed-use, multi-phase waterfront development project, which included ground-up construction, existing building renovation, and historical renovation, with total net project costs of approximately $300M * Provided work direction and leadership as owner’s representative to twelve development employees and outside consultants, including attorneys, engineers, architects and environmental consultants on assigned projects including scheduling, assignment of work, and review of project efforts. Ensured all project members understand their role, expected deliverables, and task completion dates. Coordinated the dependency with other projects and activities * Responsibilities included establishing project budgets, schedule, estimates, procedures, managing risk, tenant leases and vendor contracts, overseeing the design, approvals and construction process, and ongoing financial analysis and reporting * Directed implementation and training of project management Primavera system across multi-functional departments * Monitored actual vs. planned financial and operational performance, providing guidelines to attain business goals and objectives, and develop and implement financial action plans for improvement * Negotiated with municipalities regarding infrastructure of facilities including water, sewer, electric power, and natural gas allocations; obtained all necessary municipal, county, and state permits * Supported business development transaction process including transaction structure, contract negotiation, land acquisition, site planning, site entitlement and project finance
